2006 season for Porsche Club GB Motorsport

2006 will see changes to the Club Championship, with the introduction of the 964 C2 model into Class 1 and three variants of the Boxster model. These will increase the number of models eligible for the championship and will fit within the existing class structure. The Open series also sees a significant change with the introduction of one hour endurance races at certain meetings during the season. The Speed championship continues to offer a low-cost entry into Porsche motorsport with a wide variety of Sprint and Hill climb events. The Club also run an extensive track day programme, where members can be helped to appreciate the capabilities of their Porsche and hone their own driving skills.
Interest in all of the Club’s motorsport has been strong for this year. We are pleased to announce the dates for the Club Championship and Open series. The web site will be fully updated for the 2006 season shortly.
